4. For which purposes do we use your personal data?

We process your personal data for managing and analyzing customer relationships, and other purposes related to network services, marketing, surveys and product development.

5. DATA CONTAINED IN THE DATA FILE

The data file may contain the following information about all data subjects: first and last name, phone number, email, date of birth, gender, names of dependents, permissions (e.g. contact bans) and information related to the customer relationship.

6. REGULAR SOURCES OF DATA

Personal data relating to a data subject is collected from the customer relationship and from various services that the data subject uses, e.g. contacts and transactions via telephone, mail or online service. Population Register Centre might be used for updating the personal data.

We do not share your personal information with third party members. Data will not be disclosed outside the EU or the EEA.

8. Right to rectify and erasure

Data can be corrected, erased or supplemented by the data controller or by request of the data subject. The data stored in the data file can be removed by the data controller once the customer relationship ends.

Personal data is kept confidential and users of the register are bound by duty of secrecy. The processed data contained in the data file is protected by generally accepted technical means.

10. Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of direct mailing, distance selling and other type of direct marketing.

11. Right to access data

You have the right to request access to your personal data. The service is free of charge once a year. The request for access must be done by contacting the person responsible for the data file.
