Park
On site at the park, payment can be made with cash, credit/debit card, personal exercise benefits and gift cards.

All invoicing visits must always be agreed in advance through our customer service via email at helsinki@rushfinland.fi and the billing information must include the company ID of the paying entity. Unfortunately, we do not accept billing information at the checkout.

Online store
In the online store, payment is made by credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard), online bank payment or Apple PAY/Google PAY. The personal and user account information of the payment transaction is encrypted to prevent abuse. Our payment transactions use systems approved by banks.

Credit card transactions take place on a separate secure server where all credit card information is fully encrypted. Rush cooperates with Adye/Roller Payment to maintain a secure payment solution. This solution meets all of Adye/Roller Payment’s requirements for secure payment solutions. Your credit card information will not be made available to other companies or organizations.

The age limit for buying a ticket through our website is 13 years. Children under the age of 13 must get their guardian’s consent before buying tickets and accepting the terms of purchase.

All visitors should familiarize themselves with Rush’s safety rules before jumping into the park.

Tickets purchased online are valid for use at the Rush trampoline park as indicated on the ticket (place, date and time). When you buy from the online store, you will receive a booking confirmation with a booking number. Confirmation will be sent by email. Online tickets cannot be combined with other discounts or offers other than those announced by Rush trampoline park.

The booking number is shown at check-in at the reception and an entry wristband is issued for the reserved time. You are responsible for misuse of the online ticket, so take the necessary precautions to prevent misuse. Any attempt to misuse/forge tickets will be considered forgery and will be reported to the police.

All prices include the VAT applicable at all times. Rush trampoline park takes no responsibility for printing errors or subsequent price changes.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to ask customers to leave the park and to close the activities without prior notice. Violation of our safety rules or requests by employees may result in confiscation of jump time and expulsion from the park.

Online tickets will be delivered to the specified email address shortly after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation in your email with a summary of your order. Rush trampoline park is not responsible for delivery delays due to technical problems.

Gift cards can be bought via the website or at the park. To book a jump session through the online store, enter the redemption code marked on the gift card in the field reserved for it during the payment transaction. On-site the redemption code is shown at the cash register in connection with the payment transaction.

If you have a discount coupon (e.g. Rush’s free ticket)/ Elämyslahja gift card/ Rush coupon received from Sea Life, contact our customer service to book a jump session.

By purchasing Rush’s services or products from a park or online store, the consumer accepts our terms of use and security. Please note that online payment with bank credentials or credit card requires the registration of a customer account.

Unused accessories purchased from a Rush park or online store (does not apply to ticket products, gift cards and food products) have a 14-day exchange and return right against a receipt. Some products also have the right of exchange and return promised by the manufacturer, which covers defects and damages caused by manufacturing defects. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

The payment method of a product purchased in the online store cannot be changed afterwards.

The payment for jump tickets purchased at Rush park can be refunded if the customer does not accept the terms of the safety video before starting the jump session and entering to the activity area. Payment is not returned or refunded for Gift Cards purchased on-site or used products. A refund is only possible for the payment method used in connection with the original payment transaction.

Products purchased from Rush’s online store will not be refunded at checkout if they remain unused or if all participants do not arrive. Only in case of accidents, on a case-by-case basis, Rush undertakes to refund the payment against an official medical certificate. The medical certificate must be submitted to our customer service immediately.

You can cancel unused tickets purchased from the online store 72 hours before the booked time. Cancellations must be sent by email to helsinki@rushfinland.fi. The customer’s name, the booking number and the date of the booked time must be included to the cancellation request.

You can transfer purchased unused online tickets up to 24 hours before the booked time. The transfer request must be sent by email to helsinki@rushfinland.fi or by phone. The customer’s name, the booking number and the new date and time must be attached to the e-mail.

Rush reserves the right to make any changes.

Open Jump

Everyone going to the trampoline area must have trampoline socks and a wristband that entitles them to enter the activity area. We kindly recommend that all jumpers arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your jumping time will be shortened.

0–5-year-olds must be accompanied by a supervisor (16 yrs.+) who has purchased a ticket in the trampoline area. 6–8-year-olds must have a supervisor in the park premises, e.g. in the cafe.

Naperopomppu

During the toddler jump session one adult over 18 yrs. has a free admission to the activity area per one 0–6-year-old toddler. Other adults in the group are charged according to the price list. 7-17-year-olds or over 18-year-olds arriving without a 0-6-year-old child cannot enter Naperopomppu jump session.

Open Jump tickets are not valid during the Naperopomppu jump session. Everyone going to the trampoline area must have trampoline socks and a wristband that entitles them to enter.

Rush & Sea life

The combined ticket is valid until the time indicated on the ticket. The ticket must first be used at the branch where it was purchased. The combined ticket does not include trampoline socks. Everyone going to the trampoline area must have trampoline socks and a wristband that entitles them to enter.

If you have bought a combined ticket from Sea Life and you want e.g. to cancel your purchase, please contact Sea Life first.

Family ticket

The ticket entitles entry to the activity area for four (4) people. The party must have at least one (1) supervisor (16 yrs.+) and at least one (1) child (0-15 years). Everyone going to the trampoline area must have trampoline socks and a wristband that entitles them to enter.

Personal exercise benefits cannot be used when purchasing a family ticket.

We kindly recommend that all jumpers arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your jumping time will be shortened.

Group ticket

Everyone going to the trampoline area must have trampoline socks and a wristband that entitles them to enter. To receive a group discount, there must be at least 10 people in the group and at least 10 tickets must be paid for all together. Additional tickets that go over the minimum price can be paid for separately.

Series ticket

For sale only in the online store. The purchase of a series ticket requires the creation of a customer account.

The series ticket is personal and can only be used during park opening hours. In a case of misuse Rush staff has the right to disable the series ticket. The series ticket is only valid for the Open Jump 1h ticket product. A longer jumping time must be reserved with a 60-minute ticket for different times.

The series ticket is valid for 12 months and is activated immediately after purchase. The validity period of the series ticket cannot be extended or transferred. A series ticket cannot be exchanged for money, and an unused ticket will not be refunded in any form.

On-site you can book a jump session by showing the QR code of the series ticket. In the online store, the 18-digit identification code of the series ticket must be entered in the MEMBERSHIP redemption field at the end of the booking process.

School ticket

Everyone going to the trampoline area must have trampoline socks and a wristband that entitles them to enter. Discounted school prices are valid on weekdays until 17:00. School tickets are not on sale during public and school holidays. Jump sessions that starts outside of opening hours are charged for a minimum of 15 people. Teachers can supervise the trampoline area free of charge (including Rush trampoline socks for supervisors).

School tickets must be booked in advance through our customer service. Personal exercise benefits cannot be used when purchasing school tickets.

Birthdays

A booking fee of 100 € is charged when booking a birthday party. Party food and other additional products ordered in connection with the booking will be charged in full. The minimum charge for the package is calculated for 6 or 7 people, depending on the package. You are allowed to bring your own cake but other own food & beverage is not allowed.

Everyone going to the trampoline area must have trampoline socks and a wristband that entitles them to enter. At least one supervisor (16 yrs.+) must be presented on-site during the party. Party organizers are primarily responsible for their guests. Birthday packages include free entry and trampoline socks for two supervisors. Additional adults and children are charged according to a separate birthday price list (not including Rush trampoline socks). Personal exercise benefits cannot be used when purchasing a birthday package.

Increases in the number of people must be notified at least three (3) days before the booked time. Pizza orders must be placed at least two (2) days before the booked time. You can transfer your birthday reservation free of charge up to three (3) times by contacting our customer service.

Birthday party bookings must be cancelled no later than 72 hours before the booked time, so that the reservation fee can be refunded. Cancellation is always made by emailing to helsinki@rushfinland.fi. The customer’s name, the booking number and the time of the booked time must be included in the cancellation request.

Gift Cards

The gift card can be used as a means of payment for almost all Rush products and services. The gift card cannot be used as a payment method for gift cards. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money and no money is returned from the gift card. The value of a lost, expired or unused gift card will not be refunded or returned. Gift cards cannot be paid for with employee benefits.

The gift card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. The validity period of gift cards cannot be extended.

Rush trampoline club

Participation in the club can be cancelled free of charge no later than 14 days before the start date of the club by sending an email to helsinki@rushfinland.fi.

We charge the full training fee for participations that are not cancelled or cancelled closer than 14 days from the club’s start date. If, due to illness or injury, the person cannot participate in the club that has already been paid for, by presenting a medical certificate, the payer can apply for a refund from the club for the times remaining after the four (4) week deductible. The medical certificate must cover the entire period of absence.

Rush reserves the right to film material in its premises for marketing and informational purposes. If you do not want the dependent to appear in our marketing materials, please let us know in advance by emailing helsinki@rushfinland.fi.

Night at Rush

The Night at Rush ticket entitles you to participate in the Night at Rush event. Event-specific information is available in the online store and on the website. The age limit for the event is absolute.

All participants in the event must have an event wristband and trampoline socks. Rush trampoline socks are sold separately. Personal exercise benefits are not accepted as a payment method.

Resale of tickets is not allowed without the consent of the event organizer. Own food is not allowed at the event, except for people with severe allergies (permission must be requested in advance from the event organizer).
