Welcome to the Rush’s trampoline club in Finland’s coolest trampoline park!

Rush Trampoline club is a leisure club for 7-14 year olds where the most important things are friends, laughter and the joy of exercise. In the club we learn community and movement skills through various activities. Rush Trampoline Club’s main focus is to have fun through exercise. This is why we left the serious and disciplined training to others. In the club we learn the basics of tricks, play games on trampolines, compete, challenge ourselves and do almost everything fun that can be done safely in a trampoline park. Our experienced and skilled instructors make sure that the children have enough fun to do, without forgetting safety. The course will be for both beginners and advanced students.

Trampoline clubs train in groups of 12 people, divided by age. The training sessions consist of a guided portion of 45 minutes and 15 minutes of free time. If you join the club in the middle of the season, the club fee is determined according to the remaining practice sessions.

More detailed information and participation instructions will be sent in the confirmation email to those who have signed up to join the club. You must sign up for each season separately. Classes with less than 6 people are cancelled.

Night at Rush is an overnight event in Rush Helsinki full of bounces, tricks, competition and friends!

Rush summer camps

We at Rush think that exercise is really important. In general, we move far too little, and vacations and long weekends are typical cases where children sit a lot in front of computers and screens. Many children and young people sit for a large part of their waking hours, and this is what we want to change. So get off your keyboard or screen and come bounce with us instead!
