1. GENERALS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms & conditions apply to payment transactions and customer service situations in Sky Park Oy’s (hereinafter “Rush”) online store and offices. We recommend, that customers familiarize themselves with these terms & conditions before confirming any payments. In addition to these general conditions, product and service specific detailed conditions are applied on a case-by-case basis. By purchasing Rush’s services or products from our park or our online store, the customer commits to, accepts and understands all applicable terms and conditions. Rush reserves the right to make any changes.

return and exchange policy

By purchasing Rush’s services or products, the consumer accepts our terms of use and safety, in which case the payment will not be returned or refunded. Please note that payments made online via bank credentials or credit card, require the registration of a customer account. The payment method of a product purchased online cannot be changed later on.

Unused accessories purchased from Rush’s online store or park can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with a receipt. The right of exchanges and returns do not apply to jump tickets; season and series passes or gift cards; club, event and camp fees as well as birthday, company and group packages. Certain products have the right of exchange and return promised by the manufacturer, which covers defects and damages caused by manufacturing. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

Season and series passes or gift cards purchased from Rush’s online store; club, event and camp fees as well as birthday, company and group packages cannot be refunded afterwards. Tickets purchased from Rush’s online store can only be refunded on-site at our park if the customer does not accept the terms of the safety video before starting the jump turn and moving to the activity area.

Tickets purchased at Rush activity parks can be refunded if the customer does not accept the terms of the safety video before starting the jump turn and moving to the activity area. No refunds will be made for season and series passes or gift cards purchased at Rush locations; club, event and camp fees and birthday, company and group packages. Refunds are only possible through the same payment method that the original purchase was made by.

The date and/or time of reserved and/or paid tickets can only be changed by contacting our customer service well in advance of said date and/or time. Rush is not required to refund or compensate the customer for any unused service. Only in the case of accidents, on a case-by-case basis, Rush can compensate the customers payments, once receiving an official medical certificate. Said medical certificate must be delivered to our customer service as soon as possible.

ACCIDENTS

Customers are not insured by Rush. In cases caused by equipment and structural defects, the responsible party is obliged to compensate the customer for the damages. The use of Rush’s activities is primarily the customers own responsibility.

Rush is not obliged to compensate for a lost service or product due to Force Majeure situations. In such situations, Rush strives to inform the customer early enough.

Rush reserves the right to temporarily disable the service or part of it for maintenance, hardware installation, public order and security or other necessary reasons. Rush cannot guarantee that our service will be available to the customer without interruption, on time or error-free. If possible, we try to inform in advance about changes or interruptions that are essential for the customer.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

If the customer has violated these terms, conditions or instructions given separately in the service, or laws or good customs, Rush has the right prevents the customer from accessing the premises and prohibits the use of the services in the future either for a fixed or indefinite period.

The customer is obliged to compensate Rush and/or third parties for damage caused as a result of the customer’s actions contrary to the law, regulations and instructions of the authorities or these terms and conditions.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Rush cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of the content of messages sent on an open data network. Our online store and website may not be available in all countries and may only be available in certain languages. The operation of our online store and website or some features may depend on the compatibility of the devices used, network connections and content formats.

Rush treats all customer information in complete confidence. Rush undertakes not to hand over customer data to third parties, excluding situations where an authority requires information by a court order, for example to investigate a crime. The customer can request the deletion of personal data at any time through customer service. You can read more about the processing of personal data from our Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All services, products, logos, contents and media materials related to the Rush trademark are the property of Sky Park Oy or its partners.

DISAGREEMENTS

The parties try to resolve differences primarily through negotiations. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the disagreements will be resolved in the district court in Finland. The customer can take the dispute to the competent district court or consumer dispute board determined by their place of residence.

Rush SUGGESTS its customers to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions carefully. If there are contradictions between these terms and other terms, the above-mentioned terms shall apply first.

 

2. product-specific TERMS & CONDITIONS

OPEN JUMP

Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband.  Prepaid tickets are non-refundable. Tickets will not be refunded if they remain unused or if all participants do not arrive. The payment method for a product purchased in an online store cannot be changed afterwards.

The time of a pre-booked jump session can only be moved by contacting our customer service in advance before the start of the session.

Children aged 0-5 must be accompanied by a supervisor who is at least 16 years old in the trampoline area. 6-8 year olds must have a supervisor in the park premises, e.g. in the cafe.

NAPEROPOMPPU

Naperopomppu is a jump session for children aged 0-6 and their guardians. One adult over 18 yrs. has free admission to the trampoline area per one child aged 0-6. Other adults in the party will be charged according to the price list. 7-17-year-olds or 18-year-olds or older arriving without a 0-6-year-old child cannot enter Naperopomppu.

Open Jump tickets are not valid during Naperopomppu. Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband.

Rush x Sea life

The ticket is valid until the date that has been printed on the ticket. Please note that the ticket must first be used at the location where it was purchased. Rush  trampoline socks are sold separately (3,50 € / pair). Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband.

PERHELIPPU (FAMILY TICKET)

The ticket entitles entry to the activity area for four (4) people. The party must have at least one (1) supervisor (16 years+) and at least one (1) child (0-15 years). Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband.

Personal exercise benefits are not accepted as a payment method. Prepaid tickets are non-refundable. Tickets will not be refunded if they remain unused or if all participants do not arrive.
The payment method for a product purchased in an online store cannot be changed afterwards.

The time of a pre-booked jump session can only be moved by contacting our customer service in advance before the start of the session. Postponing an individual ticket is not possible.

RYHMÄLIPPU (GROUP TICKET)

Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband. To receive a group discount, there must be at least 10 people in the group and at least 10 tickets must be paid together. Extra tickets can be paid separately.

Prepaid tickets are non-refundable. Tickets will not be refunded if they remain unused or if all participants do not arrive.
The payment method for a product purchased in an online store cannot be changed afterwards.

The time of a pre-booked jump session can only be moved by contacting our customer service in advance before the start of the session. Postponing an individual ticket is not possible.

SCHOOL TICKETS

Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband. Discounted prices for school groups are valid on weekdays until 17:00. School tickets are not on sale on holidays or during school holidays. Jump sessions started outside of opening hours are charged for a minimum 15 people. Teachers can supervise their group in the activity area free of charge (Rush trampoline socks are included for supervisors).

School tickets must be booked in advance through our customer service. The time of a pre-booked jump session can only be moved by contacting our customer service in advance before the start of the session.

Birthdays

A booking fee of €100 is charged when booking a birthday. The booking fee is not refunded in case of possible cancellation or if the number of participants changes. Food or other additional products added to the online booking will be charged fully. The minimum charge for the party package is counted according to 6 or 7 people, depending on the package.

Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband.

One (1) supervisor aged 16 or older must be presented during the birthday party. Party organizers are primarily responsible for their guests. Birthday packages include free entry and trampoline socks for one supervisor. Additional adults and children according to a separate birthday price list (not including Rush trampoline socks). Personal exercise benefits are not accepted as a payment method.

The increase in the number of participants must be announced at least three (3) days before the booked time. Pizza orders must be placed at least two (2) days before the booked time. Party booking can be postponed free of charge to later date up to three (3) times by contacting our customer service.

GIFT CARDS

The gift card can be used as a means of payment for almost all Rush products and services. The gift card cannot be used as a payment method for gift cards. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money and no money is returned from the gift card. The value of a lost or expired card will not be refunded or returned. Gift cards cannot be paid for with employee benefits. The payment method of a product purchased in the online store cannot be changed afterwards.

In the online store, the redemption code entered on the gift card is entered in the field reserved for it during the payment transaction. In the park the redemption code is presented at the checkout during the payment transaction. The gift card is only valid until the date marked on the card and the unused value will not be refunded. The validity period of gift cards cannot be extended.

Gift Cards purchased from 2 August 2023 are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Rush reserves the right to make changes.

RUSH TRAMPOLINE CLUB

Participation in the club can be canceled free of charge no later than 14 days before the start date of the club by sending an email to helsinki@rushfinland.fi.

We charge the full training fee for participations that are not canceled or canceled closer than 14 days from the club’s start date.
If, due to illness or injury, the person cannot participate in the club that has already been paid for, by presenting a medical certificate, the payer can apply for a refund from the club for the remaining sessions after the four (4) week deductible. The medical certificate must cover the entire period of absence.

Rush reserves the right to film material in its premises for marketing and informational purposes. If you do not want your child to appear in our marketing materials, please let us know in advance by emailing helsinki@rushfinland.fi.

Night at rush

The Night at Rush ticket entitles you to entry to the selected Night at Rush event. Event-specific information is visible at online store and website.
The age limit for the event is absolute.

Every person entering the event is required to wear trampoline socks and a valid wristband (Rush socks are included in price). Participation is binding and payment will not be refunded for tickets already paid. Tickets will not be refunded if they remain unused, the participants leaves in the middle to the event or all participants don’t arrive. The payment method for a product purchased in an online store cannot be changed afterwards. Personal exercise benefits are not accepted as a payment method.

Participation can be postponed to another event by contacting our customer service in advance. Resale of tickets is not allowed without the permission of the event organizer. Bringing own food to the event is not allowed. If your child has severe food allergies, please contact the event organizer for permission to bring own food.
