Rush Finland / Sky Park Oy refund and cancellation policy and terms and conditions for jump tickets & other products:

Rush Finland / Rush Trampoliinipuisto / Sky Park Oy / Rush reserves the right to make any changes (also applies to price changes). Please note that online payment (e-payment) with a bank ID (pankkitunnus) or credit card requires the creation of a customer account.

Jump TICKETS

Open Jump

Free access to all activities in the park. Every person entering the trampoline area is required to wear Rush trampoline socks and a valid wristband.

0-6 year-olds must have at least 15-year-old guardian with a valid jump ticket with them at the trampoline area. 7-8 year-olds must have a guardian in the facility, e.g. in a Café. Open Jump sessions are available for all ages. If you arrive with small children, please note that there are jumpers of all ages during our peak times (weekends and evenings). Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

Non-refundable. By buying a ticket you agree to our terms and conditions. Tickets bought from online store are also non-refundable. The payment method for a product purchased in an online store cannot be changed afterwards, e.g. to a gift card. Jump time can be changed if contacted 24 h before the booking time.

Lapsilippu (Child TICKET)

Child tickets are for children 2-6-year-olds. 0-6-year-olds must have a guardian (over 15 yrs.) with a valid jump ticket with them at the trampoline area.

Family time

A jump session for families during the weekend. Family Time prices are valid only during the Family Times. The jump session must end at the 12:00pm in order to redeem the Family Time ticket price. The children’s ticket (Lapsilippu) is also valid at Family Time. Under 2-year-olds get free admission.

PRIVAPOMPPu

Trampoline area’s reservation for private use. There may be no more than the maximum number of jumpers in the trampoline area. For jump sessions held during opening hours, the price will be charged at the full capacity of the trampoline area. Outside opening hours, the minimum charge is based on 20 people and the number of people must be confirmed 2 days in advance by contacting customer service. Additional persons will be charged the ticket price according to the normal price list. If the number of persons is less than the previously announced number, the price according to the previously announced number of persons will be charged.

During the private booking, group members have free access to all activities in the park. A large meeting room is available for use during your booked jump session. In addition, it’s possible to have birthday rooms for use (max. 5 rooms) for 45 € /private session. Everyone going to the trampoline area has to  wear Rush trampoline socks. Rush socks can also be purchased on site. The staff takes care of the shift changes at the park. Participant changes during a jump session is not allowed – the same group of people has to be in the trampoline area the whole time. Party rooms are not available during the pandemic.

An unpaid session can be cancelled 2 days before the booked time.

Rush reserves the right to change prices.

Kausari (season Pass)

Season Passes (Kausari) are for personal use only and available at Rush Helsinki. It’s recommended to book a jump session in advance because of the limited capacity in the trampoline area. You can book two jump hours at a time. If there is space in the park, you can extend your stay by continuing your reservation at checkout. Identify yourself at the checkout with a membership card or an official identity card such as a driver’s license. The Season Pass is activated immediately upon purchase. When the park is closed Season Passes are not available for use e.g. during Christmas, Midsummer or a private event booking. Rush Trampoline Park reserves the right to make changes. The season card holder must follow the instructions of the park and staff.  Season Passes can be put on hold only with a medical certificate. The certificate must be sent to myynti@rushfinland.fi.

LAHJAHYPPY

Lahjahyppy products can be used on a specific jump ticket mentioned in the Lahjahyppy ticket (Open Jump 1h, Open Jump 1,5h or Open Jump 2h). Lahjahyppy tickets cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. The ticket will not be exchanged in full or in part for cash. 1 ticket entitles 1 person to enter the trampoline area for the specified time.

Gift Cards

A gift card bought an online store is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase and available at Rush Helsinki. The gift card will be sent to the email address provided. Gift cards bought from the park have a fixed date.

The redemption code (lunastuskoodi) on the card must be entered in the promo and gift card code field in the online store or presented at the park upon payment. Gift cards cannot be used to buy Season Passes, Gift Cards or Lahjahyppy tickets. The gift card must be used during the validity period of the gift card. Expired gift cards are not accepted as a method of payment. The validity period stated on the gift card cannot be extended or renewed.

Birthdays

All birthday packages include jump tickets, disposable tableware (cups, napkins, plates), a party room for 30 minutes and a free admission for one (1) adult to the trampoline area. Catering, Rush trampoline socks, extra adults and other products are counted on top of the party package price. The minimum price for a Jump Party is counted according to 7 people and in Premium party according to 6 people. Minimum prices do not include catering and are valid for all changes.

A birthday party booking can be transferred to another date by sending us an email (myynti@rushfinland.fi) or by calling the number +358 400 498 800. Reservation fee paid in advance will not be refunded. If the reservation fee is already paid, changing the party package type is not allowed (from Jump to Premium and vice versa). Rest of the package price will be paid upon arrival to the park.

Adding extra persons to your booking should be done 3 days prior to the booked time. In less than 3 days we cannot guarantee that there’s enough space in our park. Also pizza orders must be placed no later than Thursday of the previous week.

Please note that when bringing your own catering you will also need to bring your own serving dishes.

Bonkers Class

Participation can be canceled no later than 14 days before the starting date of the class by sending an email to johanna.jarvela@rushfinland.fi. If you do not cancel your participation or you do it in less than 14 days before the starting date of the class, we will charge the full payment.

If your children cannot participate in an already paid class due to sickness or injury, you can apply for a refund with a medical certificate. Absence must be uninterrupted and the fee will be refunded on days remaining over four (4) weeks’ deductible. The medical certificate must cover the entire absence period.

RUSH FREESTYLE CLUB

Participation can be canceled no later than 14 days before the starting date of the club by sending an email to johanna.jarvela@rushfinland.fi. If you do not cancel your participation or you do it in less than 14 days before the starting date of the club, we will charge the full payment.

If the participant cannot participate in an already paid class due to sickness or injury, you can apply for a refund with a medical certificate. Absence must be uninterrupted and the fee will be refunded on days remaining over four (4) weeks’ deductible. The medical certificate must cover the entire absence period.

Night at rush

The Night at Rush ticket entitles you to entry to the selected Night at Rush event. Event-specific information is visible at online store and website. Be sure to include the name of the participant and any food allergies in the additional information field.

Participation is binding and payment will not be refunded for tickets already paid. The payment method for a product purchased in an online store cannot be changed afterwards. Refund of payment only with a medical certificate. If a person is unable to attend the event, we may defer participation to the next Night at Rush. Resale of tickets is not allowed. Night at rush Class TRIP

The first invoice must be paid as soon as the booking is confirmed (50% of the total amount, payment period 7 days) and the second invoice must be paid 14 days before the event (the rest of the total amount). Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the start of the event. After this, the booking fee will not be refunded and participation cannot be canceled.

Rush & Sea life

Tickets can be purchased on site at Rush Trampoline Park, on site at Sea Life as well as from online stores. The ticket is valid until the end of 2021. Please note that the ticket must first be used at the location where it was purchased, including those purchased from the online store.

Other Rush Products

Unused products purchased from the Rush Trampoline Park online store have a 14-day exchange and return policy. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale. The right of exchange and return does not apply to jump tickets, season passes (Kausari), gift cards, Bonkers, Night at Rush or birthday / corporate / bachelor packages.
