4. Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of the processing is to manage the service and customer relationship and the processing of the customer’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act for purposes related to online services, marketing of products and services, research activities and development of services.
5. Data content of the register
The register contains, among other things, the following information about the registered person: name, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, names of dependents, permission information (possible contact bans), information related to the customer relationship.
6. Statutory data sources of the register
The data source is the customer relationship formed with the registered person, contacts and dealings by phone, mail or online service. The population register may be used to update personal data.
7. Regular disclosures of information
The registrar does not hand over customers’ personal data to third parties. Information is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.
8. Correction and deletion of data
Information can be corrected, deleted or supplemented by the data controller or at the request of the data subject, and by the data controller due to the end of the customer relationship.
9. Register protection principles
Personal information is kept confidential and users of the register are bound by a duty of confidentiality. The data system and files of the registrar are protected by the technical protection methods normally used in business operations.
10. Right of prohibition
The customer has the right to prohibit the disclosure and processing of their data for direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing.
11. The registrant’s right of inspection
The registrant has the right to check the information about himself stored in the register. Inspection is free of charge once a year. In order to exercise the right of inspection, the registered person must contact the person responsible for the registry affairs of the registrar.
