Rush is a Norwegian-owned trampoline park operator founded in 2015, whose first park was opened in 2016. Today, the company is Europe’s leading operator of indoor trampolines and interactive activity parks.
From the beginning, we have taken care of a sustainable business that takes care of people, society and the environment. We have an obligation to respect human rights and decent working conditions both in our own business and in our supply chain. This requires long-term focus, a high willpower and clear goals. Sustainable work must be embedded in strategies and management systems, and must be a central part of our relationships with our suppliers and partners.
The Transparency Act entered into force on July 1, 2022. The purpose of the law is to prevent human rights violations and inappropriate working conditions in connection with the manufacture of goods and the provision of services. Companies covered by the law must perform due diligence assessments and report on them. In 2023, Rush has further developed existing procedures and guidelines, and we have invested heavily in mapping risks in our supply chain. We have worked based on the OECD due diligence assessment guidelines.
We do not have our own production, but trade with several different external suppliers. The due diligence assessment has not revealed any real negative impacts on human rights or decent working conditions. Work on social responsibility is a continuous process. We at Rush continue to develop together with our customers, employees and business partners to promote respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions. We will continue to map the risks in order to gain a better understanding of the risks, so that we can better implement measures to stop, prevent and reduce the negative effects.
