How old do you have to be to jump?

Rush is suitable for all ages! 0-5 year olds must have a supervisor (at least 15 years old) who has purchased a normal priced jump ticket in the trampoline area. 5-8 year olds must have a supervisor at least 15 years old in the park, e.g. in a café. If the supervisor wants to go to the trampoline area, he/she must buy him-/herself a normal priced jump ticket as well as trampoline socks if they do not already have them. 9 year olds and older do not need a supervisor at Rush. The guardian is responsible for the child’s stay in the park.

Everyone entering the trampoline area are required to have trampoline socks and a valid wristband.

Is there a weight limit?

The weight limit for trampoline park activities is 110 kg and for Wipeout 90 kg.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are always welcome and typically we are able to accommodate you. To secure access to the park, we recommend to book your time in advance, as we restrict the number of jumpers for safety purposes and we are often sold out during weekends and holidays. You can book your slot in advance from Rush’s web store.

what Payment methods do you accept?

At the park we accept the most common bank and credit cards, exercise and cultural vouchers and cash. In our online store we accept online payment, bank and credit cards.

Please note that a pre-booked ticket must be redeemed no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your jump session. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

Is my booking transferable?

The reserved jump slot can be transferred before the start of your jump session. This applies only if the park’s maximum capacity has not been reached. Please send us an email about your transfer to info@rushfinland.fi or call to our customer service.

When do I need to arrive?

We recommend you to arrive well in advance to our park. Approximately 15 minutes before your jump session so you have time to pay your jump session, change your clothes and watch the safety video. We recommend reading Rush safety information before your jump session.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, tracksuits, and t-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles, keys or wallets are allowed on trampolines. Only small jewelry is permitted while jumping. Jumpers are responsible for items they bring to the trampoline area (like smartphones).

Trampoline socks are mandatory for safety reasons. Rush trampoline socks can be purchased at the front desk.
You may re-use your trampoline socks (e.g. Rush socks) as long as they have grips and no holes in them. For better longevity, wash them inside out and air dry. To ensure safety in our parks, we only accept socks with non-slip bottom that are for trampoline jumping.

What happens if I’m late?

Rush will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive according to the prescribed arrival times.

If our park is full then you will be able to use only the remaining time of your booked time slot. During quieter periods we will try to accommodate you as close to your preferred time as possible.

Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

Can I bring food from outside?

To maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the park, we ask that you do not bring in any outside food or drinks to the trampoline area. We have our Rush Café to keep your hunger at bay.  From the café you are able to see the whole trampoline area. For school groups we can arrange a place for children to eat their own snacks.

What other events are held at RUSH?

We have birthday parties, private parties, Hohto Hyppy sessions with disco lights, corporate events, after school club activities, themed nights, team building and year end functions. We accommodate to your needs.

What activities can I participate in at RUSH?

We have a Fun Main Court, Dodgeball Court, Basketball Court, Slackline, Battle Beam, Stunt Jump *, Laser Maze, Air Walk, Giant Trampolines, Wipe Out *, Air Track and more.

Rush also organizes Bonkers classes for kids (classes are in Finnish only).

Can I call and make a reservation?

Yes you can but it’s easier to make a reservation online. Inquiries regarding groups and parties, please send us an email to myynti@rushfinland.fi.

Where are you located?

Helsinki: Valimotie 25, 00380 Helsinki. The entrance is from the parking lot.

What happens if I lose my socks?

You can buy new Rush socks for 3,50 € / pair from the front desk.

Why do I need TRAMPOLINE Socks?

Everyone going to the trampoline area must use trampoline socks for safety and hygiene reasons. The previously bought trampoline socks can be reused every time you visit the park. Missing socks can be purchased from the front desk for 3,50 € / pair.

Do you have lockers?

Rush has a number of lockers and cubbies available for the storage of your valuables, personal belongings etc. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers and cubbies entirely at your own risk.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes, we have large group rates. Groups of more than 10 people are eligible for a -10 % discount if the booking has been pre-made through our sales and will be paid all together (no shared payment). If you wish to have a trampoline instructor, please contact myynti@rushfinland.fi.

Is RUSH safe?

We have trained staff, extensive safety rules and all park equipment is designed for safety. Trampoline jumping is comparable in risk to other extreme sports like skateboarding, skiing, ice hockey and football. It is important that if you decide to participate in our exciting elements, you do so only within your ability and do not attempt advanced maneuvers which you have not previously mastered. Trampoline Parks have a higher safety rate than any other competitive sport. Watch our safety video and follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are minimal.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have a free WI-FI. We encourage you to share photos and videos of your experience. Remember to use #rushhelsinki tag when sharing your material in social media.

How to arrive and do you have parking?

Rush Helsinki is located near Valimo train station. It is approximately a 200 meter walk from the station to Rush Helsinki’s front door. A-trains stop at Valimo train station during the day. By train it takes around 6 minutes from Valimo to Pasila / Leppävaara (Espoo) and 11 minutes to the Helsinki Railway Station. Bus line 54 stops right next to Rush Helsinki (Valimotie 25). Bus line 54 goes through Pohjois-Haaga and Pukinmäki to Itäkeskus.

Rush Helsinki is located in Pitäjänmäki area (Valimotie 25) and it’s right next to Vihdintie road. From Konala’s intersection / Ring 1 it takes approximately 4 minutes (2,2 km).

In front of Rush Helsinki there is plenty of parking space. During the day parking is more limited.

Parking is not free.

When is your peak time?

Our peak times usually start at 5pm on weekdays. Daytime on weekends, school and public holidays are also considered peak times as well. Book your jump time in advance and secure your access to the park!

Do you have Trampoline Group Classes?

Currently Rush provides group training sessions only for kids. Read more about Bonkers classes here.

Is your park wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is.

When is the last admission?

The last admission starts one hour before the closing time of the park.

When is the first open jump session OF the day?

The main doors open 15 minutes before the first jump session of the day. Please look online to see availability for each hour. We strongly suggest that you book online to guarantee you being able to jump!

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR OUR birthday PARTIES

How do I book?

Birthday parties are booked and paid through the Rush web store at least 7 days before the desired time. When booking a party you will need to pay a booking fee which is 50 % of the total amount. Rest of the package is paid on site upon arrival to the park.

Please note that some of the catering has to be ordered beforehand. It is also possible to bring your own catering.

When must numbers be confirmed by?

The number of participants must be confirmed 3 days before the day of the party. Especially if the number of participants exceeds the amount indicated at the booking stage. If you wish to increase numbers of participants within less than 3 days, it may not always be possible as we restrict jumpers for safety purposes and an enhanced customer experience.

 TRAMPOLINE SOCKS?

Birthday packages do not include trampoline socks. Rush trampoline socks can be bought on site for 3,50 € / pair. Bought socks can be kept and used again later. If you already own trampoline socks, we recommend that you bring them with you.

Is there a minimum number for parties?

The minimum charge for Jump Party packages is calculated according to 7 people and the minimum charge for the Premium Package is calculated according to 6 people (minimum prices starting from 126 €).

When should I order party food?

When booking a birthday party you can also order catering from us. You can change your order three (3) days before the party. If you wish, you can also bring your own food. Please note! Pizza orders must be placed by Thursday of the previous week. We cannot guarantee the success of a pizza order if orders are placed later.

is the tableware included in the package?

All birthday packages automatically include tableware (disposable plates, cups and napkins). Catering ordered from us automatically includes serving dishes. However, you must bring your own serving dishes for your own food.

Do parents need to stay at the party?

At least one adult must be present at the birthday party. Please note that parents who are organizing the party are responsible for all party guests during the event. One adult gets a free admission to the trampoline area. Extra adults and children will be charged according to separate price list.

Can the party be started in the party room?

As full tummies and jumping are not an ideal mix, the party begins on the trampolines and the food is served afterwards in the party room. Please note that the duration of a party room is 30 minutes after the jump session.

When should i arrive to a birthday party?

We kindly recommend you to arrive 20 minutes before the start of the birthday party.  This way you have plenty of time to get your missing trampoline socks and wristbands, change your clothes and watch the safety video.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive according to the prescribed arrival times.

CAN I PAY A BIRTHDAY PARTY WITH EXERCISE BENEFITS?

Exercise benefits (e.g. Smartum, Virike, Tyky, Edenred, ePassi, etc.) are for personal use only and cannot be used to pay for birthday packages, other customer’s tickets or other products (e.g. food, socks).

WHEN do i pay my parties?

A booking fee (50 % of a total price) is paid at the time of booking. Rest of the package is paid upon arrival to the park. A birthday party booking can be transferred to another date by sending us an email (myynti@rushfinland.fi) or by calling the number +358 400 498 800. Reservation fee paid in advance will not be refunded.
